Duston CC will be entering as we have done for a long time now
St.Ives Interprint .. Saturday 25th February where we are hoping to go one better than the last 2 years
(2nd place each time) 30 of the best clubs in the region enter every year
we have selected what we hope is our strongest set of prints,
There is a display of the prints, all 240 of them free to view between 10.00am - 5.00pm
Then the judging and awards from 6.00pm - 9.30pm (£4.00 entry )
(unfortunately we have to pop into the local pub between 5.00 and 6.00 to while away the time)
why not join us and see what standard other clubs achieve
Of course we also hope to do well on the raffle at both places

Web Site ... Thanks for all the favourable comments with regard to the new look website
I have tried to include an image in the gallery from every member,
If I have missed you it's probably because you did not enter the DPi comps in May and August 2011
and therefore I do not have one of yours in the library
If you want an image in the gallery or want to change one that is there please email me one at 375 pixels wide.

Project 2012 December 4th .... This project is being sponsored by Skears Photographic
December seems a long way off but we start this off at the beginning of the year.
Take the club camera and club chair, place the chair anywhere you like, sit down and take 4 pictures from that position, you can turn round but no moving the chair
(you can take as many as you like but delete the ones you don't like and leave 4 on the camera)
No manipulation, downloading, cropping or tweaking - just straight out of the camera
Take another picture of where you placed the chair, this is for reference only
you may need to get your name down early for this, you can have the camera and chair for 1 week only
